Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-p53 (mouse Ig2a isotype) is derived from the BP53-12 hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human wild-type p53 protein. The tumor suppressor gene TP53 (gene) codes for a transcription factor. TP53 gene is mapped to human chromosome 17p13.1. The human wild-type p53 protein is a 393 amino acid nuclear phosphoprotein, present in the nucleus of all normal mammalian cells.
