Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-p53 (mouse IgG2a isotype) is derived from hybridoma DO-1 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells (SP2 cells) and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human wild type p53. The p53 gene is located on human chromosome 17p. The gene codes for a tumor suppressor protein that is expressed in normal tissues.
