Anti-Platelet-Derived Growth Factor-BB antibody can be used for neutralizing the biological activity of recombinant human PDGF-BB, recombinant human-AB, natural human PDGF, rat PDGF-BB, and porcine PDGF-BB. It can also neutralize recombinant human PDGF-AA at 50-100 fold high IgG concentration. Goat Anti-Platelet-Derived Growth Factor-BB antibody reacts specifically with human PDGF-BB. The product has also shown less than 10% cross-reactivity for recombinant human PDGF-AA.
