It plays an important role in Antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity and is also associated with type II and type III hypersensitivity. Anti-rabbit IgG (whole molecule) peroxidase conjugate antibody can be used in pAb-ELISA. Rabbit anti-IgG antibody coupled with peroxidase (1:2500 dilution in TBS, 0.5% BSA) can be used in western blots. This antibody is also used as detector in indirect ELISA for saxitoxin analysis. Goat anti-rabbit IgG Peroxidase conjugate reacted specifically with all rabbit immunoglobulin.
