Descrição detalhada : THY-1 is expressed in various cell types, including human fibroblasts, neurons, blood stem cells and endothelial cells as well as murine T cells., Monoclonal Anti-THY1 (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma TH350 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of human THY1, conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH). Monoclonal Anti-THY1 recognizes human, rat and mouse Thy-1. Thy-1 cell surface antigen (THY1) is a glycoprotein that is expressed on the membranes of adult cells, mesenchymal stromal cells and cancer cells. It has a molecular weight of about 25-37kDa. The gene encoding THY1 is localized on human chromosome 11q23.3.
