Descrição detalhada : TNC (Tenascin C) is a large, multicellular, extracellular matrix (ECM) glycoprotein belonging to the tenascin family. Generally, it is expressed in normal adult tissue at very low level but highly expressed in tumor cells. Elevated expression level has been reported within the outflow side of the aortic valve leaflets.
