Descrição detalhada : Aroclor 1254 is a mixture of several polychlorinated biphenyls, which has been used for chicken embryogenesis and hatching process in order to reduce thyroid hormone levels in blood plasma. It can also work as a powerful inducer of both cytochrome P-448 and P-450 and hence exhibit the catalytic properties of both cytochromes in the liver.
