Atazanavir

Descrição detalhada : Atazanavir inhibits the cleavage of gag and gag-pol polyproteins in human immunodeficiency virus. It is absorbed and metabolized by cytochrome P450 present in the liver. It has minimal side effects and has no effect on insulin sensitivity and serum lipid profile.
