Descrição detalhada : BiGGY Agar (Nickerson Agar) is used for detection, selective isolation, differentiation and presumptive identification of Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis. This agar is a selective medium used for isolation and presumptive identification of Candida species by their ability to reduce sulphite to sulphide giving a brown to black colour.
