Descrição detalhada : A cell-permeable diaminopyrimidine compound that acts as a potent, selective, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of cFMS kinase activity (IC50 = 30 nM) with minimal inhibition towards a panel of 26 other kinases (IC50 >5 µM). Shown to selectively inhibit cFMS-mediated cellular functions in vitro as well as CSF-1-dependent tumor growth in vivo., A cell-permeable diaminopyrimidine compound that acts as a potent, selective, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of cFMS kinase activity (IC50 = 30 nM) with minimal inhibition towards a panel of 26 other kinases (IC50 >5 µM).
