Descrição detalhada : A potent and competitive antagonist for AMPA/kainate receptors (Ki = 0.6 - 2.11 µM for GluA1-4 and Ki = 1.3-5.3 µM for different subtypes of Kainate receptors) and a negative allosteric modulator at NMDA receptor glycine binding site.
