Coag Reagent I

Descrição detalhada : Coag Reagent I comprises 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine(DOPE), 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-L-serine (DOPS) and 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC) in the ratio 5:3:2 w/w. They are present predominantly in the synaptic vesicle membrane. DOPC has choline group and DOPE comprises ethanolamine moiety. At neutral pH, DOPE and DOPC exist as a zwitterion whereas DOPS takes up a negative charge and has a serine group.
