Descrição detalhada : Envirocheck Contact Disinfection Control, a semi-quantitative detection of microorganisms on surfaces and in liquids, are flexible paddles that are coated with Tryptic soy agar to check the effectiveness of disinfection. Slide A is coated with CASO (Tryptic Soy) Agar to determine the total viable (aerobic) count and Slide B is coated with CASO (Tryptic Soy) agar containing neutralizers such as Polysorbat 80, Sodium thiosulphate, Lecithin and Histidine. The use of these neutralizers allows growth of bacteria that were held in bacteriostasis after sanitation/disinfection but still viable, (Disinfection Control) Envirocheck(TM)
