Descrição detalhada : Envirocheck Contact Enterobacteriaceae, a semi-quantitative detection of microorganisms on surfaces and in liquids, are flexible paddles that are coated with Tryptic soy agar to detect the bacteria belonging to the family Enterobacteriaceae from the samples. Slide A is coated with Plate Count Agar to obtain the total viable (aerobic) count. Slide B is coated with Violet Red Bile Dextrose (VRBD) Agar, recommended for the isolation and enumeration of all Enterobacteriaceae species in foodstuffs.
