Descrição detalhada : Dhurrin is a cyanogenic glucoside found expressed in the leaves of Sorghum plants. Studies have shown that as the plant ages, dhurrin expression depends are nitrogen availability. Dhurrin production shifts from the leaves to the stems during development.
