Diazoxide

Descrição detalhada : Diazoxide is a nondiuretic benzothiadiazine, which is used for the treatment of hypoglycemia, von Gierke?s disease, acute and malignant hypertension. It acts as a beta cell KATP channel opener. Diazoxide prevents the secretion of insulin.
