Digoxigenin-11-UTP

Descrição detalhada : Digoxigenin (DIG) -11-uridine triphosphate (UTP) is provided as a solution of the tetralithium salt in 3.5mM (200nmol) or 10mM (250nmol) concentration. It is used as a substrate for SP6, T3, and T7 RNA polymerases. It can replace UTP in the in vitro transcription reaction for DIG labeling of RNA in a ratio of 35:65%.
