Descrição detalhada : Synthetic (+)-cis isomer that acts as an L-type Ca2+ channel antagonist. Similar in function to nifedipine and verapamil. Has a negative inotropic effect on the heart. Strongly suppresses conductance at the A-V node and automatically at the S-A node.
