Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium/Nutrient Mixture F-12 Ham

Descrição detalhada : Media are supplemented with a defined mixture of nutrients, growth factors, and hormones instead of serum. A 1:1 mixture of Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's medium (DME) and Ham's F-12 nutrient mixture is commonly used for these defined studies. To compensate for the loss of buffering capacity caused by eliminating serum, a final concentration of 15 mM HEPES buffer can be added to the formulations. It allows the investigator to optimize the buffering system.
