Descrição detalhada : EcoCult(R) Tryptic Soy Broth is a universal culture medium free from inhibitors and indicators. The medium is suitable for the isolation and cultivation of fastidious aerobic bacteria, yeasts, and molds. The combination of the two peptones, enzymatic digest of casein and of soybean, provides a high nutrition by supplying organic nitrogen, amino acids, and longer-chained peptides. Sodium chloride supplies the osmotic balance to this complex medium, while the dipotassium phosphate helps in buffering.
