Descrição detalhada : [3-((Ethyl-Fmoc-amino)-methyl)indol-1-yl]acetyl AM resin is an extremely useful support for the production of peptide N-ethylamides, N-ethyl substituted carboxamides and sulfonamides [1]. After first removing the Fmoc group, loading of the resin with Fmoc-amino acids can be effected using HATU/DIPEA.
