The Expand High Fidelity PCR System is composed of a special enzyme mix containing thermostable Taq DNA Polymerase and a thermostable DNA polymerase with proofreading activity. The fidelity of DNA synthesis with Expand High Fidelity PCR System shows a threefold increase compared to Taq DNA Polymerase. T/A cloning is recommended.
