Descrição detalhada : The Extract-N-Amp(TM) PCR Diluent is intended for use with all of the Extract-N-Amp, REDExtract-N-Amp(TM) and SYBR(R) Green Extract-N-Amp PCR Kits, except the Extract-N-Amp and REDExtract-N-Amp Blood PCR Kits. It is specifically formulated to dilute extracted DNA samples before PCR. This step may ameliorate the amplification of the marker gene by minimizing chimeric molecule formation and decreasing PCR inhibitor concentrations. Extract-N-Amp(TM) PCR Diluent is intended to supplement the kit reagents. Use of this reagent prevents usage of kits reagents where many dilutions are required.
