Descrição detalhada : EZview Red Anti-HA Affinity Gel is a red colored Anti-HA agarose affinity gel that contains anti-HA monoclonal antibody which is covalently attached to crosslinked agarose beads. The HA tag has the sequence YPYDVPDYA and derives from the hemagglutinin (HA) protein. This sequence occurs at amino acid residues 98-106 of the full-length HA protein. The HA tag has a high presence of charged amino acids, which enhances its likelihood of strong antibody recognition.
