Descrição detalhada : Catalyzes the isomerization of peroxynitrite (ONOO-) to nitrate (NO3-) under physiological conditions and at realistic dose-derived concentrations (Kcat = 2.2 x 106 M-1s-1). Effectively prevents the oxidation of lipid components by peroxynitrite. Also decomposes superoxide radicals (O2.) catalytically. Irradiation of the aqueous solution at 335 nm releases hydroxyl (OH.) radicals. FeTMPyP can also serve as a potential drug for reactive oxygen species (ROS) detoxification., Catalyzes the isomerization of peroxynitrite (ONOO-) to nitrate (NO3-) under physiological conditions and at realistic dose-derived concentrations (Kcat = 2.2 x 106 M-1s-1).
