Fibronectin Type III Connecting Segment Fragment 1-25

Descrição detalhada : Fibronectin is composed of two cell adhesion domains namely, the central domain for cell-binding made of adhesion-recognizing tetrapeptide, and the alternatively spliced type III connecting segment (IIICS). It contains a tetrapeptide region, from amino acid 90-109, called CS5, which is essential for adhesion mediated by IIICS. Both CS5 and CS1 mediate melanoma cell spreading, when stimulated by immunoglobulin (Ig)G, with CS1 exhibiting higher activity.
