Descrição detalhada : Fluorescein sodium salt (uranine) is a xanthene dye, which finds applications as a fluorescent tracer and shows the best of fluorescence in the pH range 6 to 11. Uranine is also employed as a coloring additive in drugs and cosmetics. It is known to exhibit optical chemical sensing and fluorescent properties in biological staining procedures.
