Descrição detalhada : Fluorescent transfection reagent has the cationic lipid 1,2-dioleoyloxypropyl)-N,N,N-trimethylammonium chloride (DOTAP) and the neutral lipid DOPE (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine in the ratio 1:1 w/w along with 0.1 wt% N-(7-nitrobenz-2-oxa-1,3-diazol-4-yl)dioleoyl (NBD) DOPE. NBD-DOPE is a fluorescence probe with NBD attached to headgroup of DOPE.
