Descrição detalhada : An excellent building block for the preparation of phosphothreonine-containing peptides [1, 2]. This derivative can be introduced using standard activation methods, such as PyBOP(R) and TBTU. The monoprotected phosphothreonine residue once incorporated is stable to piperidine.
