G-CSF human

Descrição detalhada : Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) or colony stimulating factor 3 (CSF-3) is produced in response to specific stimulation by a variety of cells including macrophages, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and bone marrow stroma. Human and murine G-CSF are cross-species reactive. The gene encoding G-CSF is localized on human chromosome 17. Recombinant human G-CSF is an 18.7kDa protein consisting of 174 amino acid residues.
