Descrição detalhada : GranuCult(R) prime Tryptose Broth is a nutrient rich broth medium designed for the cultivation of fastidious microorganisms from food and animal feed, water and other samples. This culture medium contains tryptose which is a mixture of tryptic digested proteins. It provides nitrogen, vitamins and amino acids. Glucose acts as a carbon source whilst sodium chloride maintains the osmotic balance.Upon completion of incubation, the inoculum can be streaked onto specific agar plates for isolation and detection.
