Descrição detalhada : This resin is a useful tool for the synthesis of peptide aldehydes [1]. Attachment of pre-formed amino acid aldehydes to this resin is effected by heating in 1% DIPEA in MeOH at 60 C. Following chain extension using standard protocols, side-chain protecting groups can be removed with anhydrous TFA, prior to cleavage of the fully deprotected peptide aldehyde with MeCN/water/TFA.An analogous resin has been recently used to capture and purify peptide aldehydes generated by oxidation of peptide alcohols with IBX-polystyrene [2].Novabiochem's pre-loaded amino aldehyde resins can be found on page x.The product number for this product was previously 04-12-3710.To obtain a certificate of analysis (CoA) of a lot that begins with the letter "A", please select the option in the right hand menu "Request a COA for Lot#s starting with A".
