Descrição detalhada : Hematoxylin solution according to Delafield is a naturally ripened alum hematoxylin with potassium alum or ammonium alum as the mordant. It is used when the counterstain doesn't possess any acid content in it. It is suitable to be used as a nuclear stain with eosin.
