Descrição detalhada : The MOPC-104E tumor line that produces mouse IgM is a mineral oil induced plasmacytoma originated and carried intraperitoneally in BALB/c mice. Mouse consists of five immunoglobulin classes- IgM, IgG, IgA, IgD and IgE. IgM is present on the surface of B lymphocytes in its monomeric form.
