Does not affect the activities of ZAPK, Syk, PKCtheta, PKA, or JAK3. Blocks celluar activities induced by AICAr (Cat. No. 123040) or Metformin (Cat. No. 317240). Induces weight loss by attenuating AMPK-mediated food intake in mice. The solid form of this compound (Cat.
