Descrição detalhada : The gene for C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 10 (CXCL10), also known as interferon-?-inducible protein-10 (IP-10), is mapped to human chromosome 4q21.1. IP-10 is secreted by monocytes, neutrophils, endothelial cells, keratinocytes, fibroblasts, mesenchymal cells, dendritic cells, astrocytes and hepatocytes. It is a polypeptide of 78 amino acids. Human IP-10 shows 67% amino acid homology to mouse CRG-2.
