IsoBag(R) Tryptic Soy Agar Contact

Descrição detalhada : The IsoBag(R) Tryptic Soy Agar Contact is designed for quick and convenient transfer of culture media for surface monitoring into isolators or RABS systems. The IsoBag(R) consists of a polyurethane DPTE Beta Bag compatible with 190 mm Alpha Ports. The bag contains 10 stacks (single wrapped) of contact plates and sterile Polyethylene zip lock bags to mitigate the risk of a cross contamination during transport of the plates. Tryptic Soy Agar is supplemented with Lecithin, polysorbate (Tween(R)) 80 and pyruvate to neutralize residues of disinfectants. The IsoBag(R) is designed to reduce the decontamination cycles in production isolators.
