Descrição detalhada : 1-(6-(dimethylamino)naphthalen-2-yl) dodecan-1-one or Laurdan is a derivative of naphthalene and is a fluorescent membrane probe. It is present at the hydrophilic-hydrophobic interface of the lipid bilayer, wherein the lauric acid tail is attached attached in the phospholipid acyl chain area.
