Descrição detalhada : MagRack(TM) Maxi is a magnetic rack for small-scale protein purification and sample enrichment with magnetic beads.MagRack(TM) Maxi can be used for sample volumes of up to 50 ml. Consists of an anodized aluminum housing (blue) with a detachable plastic bar (white) containing a neodymium magnet and this design allows for optimal performance during protein purifications or enrichments. The racks make an excellent complement to the following products (containing magnetic beads) from Cytiva: Protein A Mag Sepharose(R), Protein A Mag Sepharose(R) Xtra, ProteinG Mag Sepharose(R), Protein G Mag Sepharose(R) Xtra, His Mag Sepharose(R) Ni, NHS Mag Sepharose(R), TiO2 Mag Sepharose(R), and Streptavidin Mag Sepharose(R).One of the main advantages of the magnetic beads separation method is the ability to vary the amount of medium as well as the sample volume. MagRack(TM) 6 and MagRack(TM) Maxi together cover a broad range of sample volumes from low-microliter to high-milliliter purification scales and this further enhances the flexibility of magnetic beads separations.
