Descrição detalhada : The MILLIPLEX(R) Human Circadian/Stress Bead Panel enables you to focus on the relevance and therapeutic potential of Melatonin and Cortisol in your research model. Coupled with the Luminex(R) xMAP(R) platform in a bead format, you receive the advantage of ideal speed and sensitivity, allowing quantitative multiplex detection of multiple analytes simultaneously, which can dramatically improve productivity. The MILLIPLEX(R) Human Circadian/Stress Bead Panel is to be used for the simultaneous quantification of Cortisol and Melatonin. This is a configurable assay, and either or both analytes can be selected. This kit may be used for the analysis of human serum, plasma, tissue/cell lysate, culture supernatant samples, or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Serum or plasma samples should be extracted using either the acetonitrile precipitation technique or the Waters 96-well HLB extraction plate.
