Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-Actin, ?-Smooth Muscle-HRP (mouse IgG2a isotype) is derived from the hybridoma 1A4 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from mice immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence of ?-smooth muscle actin, conjugated to KLH. Actin is a highly conserved protein, expressed as six isoforms and represents differentiation markers of muscle tissues.
