Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-Gelsolin (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes of an immunized mouse. Gelsolin (GSN) is encoded by the gene mapped to human chromosome 9q33.2. GSN is a calcium dependent actin binding protein. It has been shown to exist in at least two variant forms, cytoplasmic gelsolin and plasma gelsolin. Plasma gelsolin has also been called as brevin. GSN is characterized with six domains G1-G6 at N-terminal end, each domain contains Ca2+ binding site.
