Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from an immunized mouse. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) belongs to the immunoglobulin family and is a widely expressed serum antibody. Immunoglobulins have two heavy chains and two light chains connected by a disulfide bond. It is a glycoprotein. IgG is usually found as a monomer. IgG is further subdivided into four classes namely, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4. About 70 percent of the total immunoglobulin consists of IgG., Binds human IgG; does not bind other human Igs.The antibody is specific for a determinant on the heavy chain of human IgG. This antibody will form antigen-antibody complexes in the liquid phase in the presence of 3% PEG 6000.
