Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-LRP1 (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma LRP1-11 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a fragment of human LRP1, conjugated to KLH. LDL receptor family. Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) receptor related protein 1 (LRP1) gene is mapped to human chromosome 12q13.3. LRP1 protein, belongs to the LDL receptor family. LRP1, a single-chain 600 kDa type I transmembrane glycosylated precursor protein, is produced in the endoplasmic reticulum. This protein is proteolytically cleaved in the Golgi complex into two subunits including 85-kDa membrane-bound C-terminal membrane spanning subunit and a noncovalently attached 515-kDa N-terminal subunit.
