Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-Myosin Light Chain Kinase (mouse IgG2b isotype) is derived from the hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from an immunized mouse. Myosin light chain kinase (MLCK) is a calcium/calmodulin-dependent enzyme (approx.160 kD). It is expressed in skeletal, cardiac, smooth and mammalian non-muscle cells. MLCK is encoded by the MYLK1 gene. This gene encodes telokin, non-muscle and the smooth muscle isoforms of MLCK. MLCK gene is mapped to the human chromosome location 3q21.1.
