No cross-reactivity with human IgG, IgA and IgM., Monoclonal Anti-Rabbit Immunoglobulins (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from an immunized mouse. Immunoglobulins is composed of two heavy (H) and two light (L) chains. Each containing one NH2-terminal variable region and one or more COOH-terminal constant regions. They are heterodimeric proteins.
