Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-SmB (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma 12F5-H3.D8 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with an SmB recombinant protein., SNRPB (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein-associated protein B) is an important constituent of the spliceosome. It codes for SmB/B? (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptides B and B1). It is located on human chromosome 20p13. SmB?/B are upregulated in all tissues excluding postnatal brain.
