Oil Red O solution

Descrição detalhada : Oil Red O stains and imparts red-orange color to lipids. It has also been shown to mark vacuoles, observed in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL-L3) or Burkitt's lymphoma/leukemia. Oil Red O staining is done on fresh samples, as alcohol fixation removes lipids.
