Descrição detalhada : Phosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase C (PI-PLC) from Bacillus cereus is a 298 residual protein. It belongs to the class of ubiquitous enzymes. PI-PLC is characterized with a single globular domain and it folds into eight (??) barrel sheets, out of which only six ?? units are found in barrel, lacking helices between strands IV and V and V and VI.
