Descrição detalhada : Piperine is an amide isolated from the plant, Piper longum. It is a known inhibitor of hepatic and intestinal glucuronidation. Piperine is found to exhibit pharmacological properties like antitumor, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activities., Piperine is a naturally occurring bioactive alkaloid in pepper, which imparts pungency and bitter flavor to it.
